All producers must register in order to do any business with NYPIUA.

To register with NYPIUA, submit the following. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.

• Producer Registration Form
• A copy of your New York State Producer License
• Completed W-9, which can be found at Home | Internal Revenue Service
• A copy of a voided check for ACH direct deposits
